"Our relationship with Tom and Lindsay began when the architect on one of our homes hired them and invited us to share the cost of the shoot. Having not worked with them previously we were a little apprehensive but, in the end,  impressed. The photos were incredible, the pricing was reasonable and Great Island also provided a walking video tour of the home. Tom and Lindsay not only captured overviews of each room but many of the intricate and beautiful details and joinery that make the home unique.

The video tour was a somewhat new endeavor for us as well, but the results were fabulous. It was a true, full motion, walk-through tour of the home, not a static 360 degree distorted view of rooms or still images with animations giving the effect of a video, which was what we had seen in the past.   We were so impressed that when it came time to have another home photographed and videoed, we wanted Tom and Lindsay to do it… and we have used them several times since.

We must also add that Tom and Lindsay never miss an opportunity. At one particular shoot the homeowner was present and was very vocal and animated about his experience with our company and building his home. We did not ask Tom and Lindsay to interview the customer, but they grabbed their recorder and obtained the homeowner’s permission to record his comments. Tom and Lindsay then created a wonderful narrative and testimonial soundtrack that plays along with the video tour of the home.  Needless to say, we look forward to our next photo shoot with the Great Island Photography team!"

"Bonin Architects & Associates hired Great Island Photography in the fall of 2010 to capture exterior and interior photos of a completed renovation project known as “The Pointe on Pleasant Lake” in Elkins, New Hampshire.

Tom and Lindsay scheduled a meeting in our office and at the site to discuss our photography needs and wishes. Within a very short amount of time, they completed the photo shoot and provided proofsof the project for our review and consideration.

The project was challenging due to the extremely small interior spaces, yet Great Island Photography was able to provide photos from every angle of each room without any difficulty. Since then, we have submitted their photos of this project to several magazines and design award competitions, and we have won three awards for this project.
